Welcome to the Family
We’re inviting you to be one of the first Zone Partners for Curb Critter. This isn’t a part-time task or a gig-app shift. It’s a real business, in your own territory, that you build and run like it’s yours — because it is.
Every homeowner with a trash can and a driveway is a potential customer. Every collection day, forever, that can needs to go to the curb and come back. That’s not a one-time sale — it’s a subscription that renews itself every single week.
Every customer pays every month, automatically, until further notice.
Aging-in-place homeowners, snowbirds gone half the year, and vacation rental owners who can't roll their own bins from out of state.
No truck, no dump fees, no employees required to start. You're moving bins that already exist a few hundred feet, twice a week.
You set your hours, you pick your customers, you decide your zone and how big you want to grow.
Your income is capped only by how much of your zone you capture and how far you choose to grow it.
How It Works
Think of it as a partnership where each side does what it’s best at.

You (Zone Partner) Handle
The Big Idea
You never have to build a website, a payment system, marketing, or a customer service team — we’ve got you covered. You show up with hustle, a vehicle, and your local relationships, and plug straight into a business system that already works.
The Commission Model
You earn 78% of every dollar of Valet revenue you generate — whether the customer buys Valet alone or the Bundle. Cleaning is a pass-through to our vendor, so it’s never your problem to handle.
Notice your commission on the Bundle is identical to Valet-only — $35.10 per home. You do the same physical work either way, so you’re paid the same either way. We take the discount out of our side, not yours.
Paid automatically, monthly
No invoices to chase, no spreadsheets to keep. Your commission is calculated from platform activity and deposited automatically.
| Plan | Revenue | Vendor | Your Cut |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cleaning only | $25 | -$20 | $0 |
| Valet only | $45 | — | $35.10 (78%) |
| Bundle (Valet + Cleaning)Most Popular | $60 | -$20 | $30.00 (50%) |
Plans billed monthly per home. Commission calculated on Valet portion only.

These are planning illustrations built from real cost assumptions — not guarantees. Your actual numbers will move with your zone’s density, your effort, and local demand.

The Big Unlock
Everything in the income path assumes you’re growing door by door. The real acceleration happens when one relationship adds dozens of homes at once.
Pitch a homeowners’ association as a group amenity, and one signed contract can add 50+ homes overnight — all clustered on the same streets. A single 50-home HOA deal on the Bundle plan adds roughly $1,750+/month in profit, from one pitch to one HOA board.
Short-term rental owners can’t roll their own bins from out of state. One property manager overseeing 15 units functions like landing 15 individual customers from a single outreach effort — not fifteen separate sales.
Getting Started
You’re never doing this alone — we’ve built the systems so you can focus on what actually grows a zone.
01
We'll map out your zone together — pick the neighborhoods where you already have relationships or see the strongest fit.
02
Quick training on brand standards, the photo-proof/completion workflow, and how billing and commissions work.
03
Line up 10–15 committed homes before your first route runs, so day one already has momentum.
04
Build toward 35–40 homes — this is where the Owner-Operator numbers really start working in your favor.
05
Once density supports it, bring on help and shift into management — this is the move that removes your income ceiling.
06
Start pitching HOAs, gated communities, and property managers — this is how a zone goes from good to great.
FAQ
No. You're rolling bins that already belong to the customer — no hauling, no dump runs. Any reliable car or SUV works. The more economic your vehicle, the better it is for your profit margin.
Your commission is calculated automatically from platform activity and paid out monthly — no invoices to send, nothing to track manually.
Once your zone supports it (usually 35+ homes), you hire and pay your own driver directly. You set their rate and manage them. 1099 is the best approach — that relationship is yours, not Curb Critter's.
No. There's no built-in ceiling in this model. Density and hustle are the only real limits, and bulk deals like HOAs can move you past both quickly.
Billing, customer service, the platform/app, brand marketing, and the cleaning vendor relationship. You focus on your zone; we run everything behind the scenes.
No — they're planning illustrations built from real cost assumptions, not promises. Actual results depend on your effort, your zone's density, and local demand. Final terms will be in a signed Zone Partner Agreement.
